Kersey Homes is a third generation family-owned business since 1967. Lee and Ruth Ann Kersey saw the need and took a risk, opening a small used car lot in Millsboro, DE. They gradually, built their business to new cars and eventually singlewide and doublewide homes. There again, seeing the need for an ever growing Millsboro. They endured many a lean years working side by side, to pass on a legacy of dedication and loyalty to customers and their employees. In 1988, their daughter, Teresa Kersey Living and her husband, Graham Living purchased the business. They had spent all of their young married life learning the business and finally could put their own unique touches to their ever growing business. They offered a wide variety of homes, to satisfy all price ranges. They enjoyed success and were always the "life of the party" at all dealer functions. In 2000, Teresa was diagnosed with colon cancer. Although she put up the fight of her life, she passed away in 2003. This triggered a natural course of events, here at Kersey Homes Inc. Now, when you enter through the doors of Kersey Homes Inc., you will be greeted warmly by a staff, who has seen many changes, both family and community.
